Customers book time slots to visit the factory and use objects like baseball bats to smash various glass, electronic, and many other various items. The website itself was relatively simple from a technical standpoint, cloud hosted with an SSL certificate. Interestingly Facebook had the domain blacklisted prior to the site even going live which caused issues using the domain in chats or the business page, so CloudNorth Technology was able to interface with Facebook’s business support group to rectify the issue.
